you need to tell us more than that, what file are you trying to play? what video player are you using? what operating system?

Hi i really wish i could watch your subbed episodes but it seems like the type of files you use is not compatible with any of my players. Would it be possible to do one for an mp3 or mp4 >.< unless you can direct me to the type of player that would take your files... pls this would help me so much! >.< but thanks for all the good work for subbing those episodes
