We don't release variety subtitles via multiupload, only the PVs which have subtitles embedded.

Ok got it to work. Umm is there a way to transfer the video with the subtitles to a mobile device like a iPhone???

Two groups, Nihongogo (AKB-48.com) and NihongoSuki created the subtitles for season 1 (we didn't exist back then), so I recommend you to search the net somewhat more (both are hardsubbed, though).

Any recommended subbing program for Mac (preferably free)? My mac doesn't seems to be able to start the latest AegiSub (It got crossed like a ppc program). Downloaded the earlier version and it crashed quite often...

I used to use the program called Miyu and I believe it is the most user friendly and easiest subbing program, however, the project has been discontinued and there seems to be problem loading up some types of video format for in-program preview...
