The site itself works in mobile, I usually browse through it. And if your mobile phone is fast enough, you can use the subtitles with the videos as well. I cannot run H264 720p, but I can run Xvid 480p and with a good media player like Moboplayer you can load the subtitles in the phone as well.

Just get sure your media player can use them, rename the subtitle to the exact name of the video file, but keep the subtitle extension. For example, if the video filename is "111111 XYZ.mp4", then the subtitle file should be "111111 XYZ.ass" (or "111111 XYZ.srt" if you downloaded the srt file). Virtually all video players will automatically load the subtitle.

You know, I don't even know which subtitle, which video, which media player, which operative system, which phone, nothing. How can you expect me to help you if you don't give more information about what you are trying to do?

What is the name of the video and the name of the subtitle? Windows Media Player is known to be somewhat lacking in terms of subtitles, maybe you should download and install Media Player Classic or VLC.

For WMP, search around for a "load subtitle" option somewhere, and choose the srt file once you find it. Cannot say more, I don't use Windows.
