Sure. Usually, modern video players are able to load automatically subtitles if they have a known extension (.srt, .ass, sub, etc) and if they are named exactly as the video. For example, if you download from here a subtitle "112233 Movie.ass", when you find the movie and download it, if the movie is named "Movie.avi", you will have to rename your subtitle to "Movie.ass" (or rename the video to "112233 Movie.avi", whichever is fine), and the program will automatically display the subtitles. Otherwise, you will have to load them manually. Start playing the video, pause it, and search for an option that should be "Load subtitles", "open subtitles", etc. After loading the subtitle file, just continue playing and the video will either restart or continue with the subtitles on.
