I then rode the buses to Uzumi, where Kirakuya featured in the PV of Hazumisaki.
I've done research about going from Morozaki to Uzumi. There was a direct bus route last year but the route is discontinued. I instead did a change in the middle. This required planning beforehand as the new route connecting only runs once per 2 hours.

The place to change the bus.

The west coast

I got off the bus at the stop Uzumi Kaigan, and started finding the Kirakuya. I asked a few different people and they all give different directions. I wasted like 40 mins walking but in fact you should get to the coast once you get off the bus. There you will find a bunch of shops along the beach with Kirakuya inside.

As it was cloudy there were not many people around. I talked with the obasan of Kirakuya and a young woman wind surfer about SKE48. They agreed with me that SKE48 feels closer to fans, while AKB48 is like star now. The obasan said many fans come from different area to eat the ice or ice cream. I now offcially hold the record of the fan coming from furthest away. Well, some Sweden guy might break this record, I told obasan. The obasan even offered me to take photos while holding the signatures of Team Hazumisaki.

It took about 15 mins to walk to the Meitetsu Uzumi station. There you find even less frequent trains to Nagoya. I needed to change after a few stops to catch another limited express train.

Back in Nagoya, I got off at Kanayama. I walked from there to Osu. I passes through the Higashibetsuin, where one of the Buttsuke started there.
Image

For the Osu area, there are very very long shopping streets. The one you see in the Banzai Venus PV is just the 'Osu' street, a very short one, with very limited traffic. Many empty shops there.

The newest episode of SKE48 Gakuen started a game in the Osu street, but I just couldn't find the shops mentioned there. (Or I didn't do enough revision before I go.) The shop which gave a t-shirt to the SKE girls is even letting. The tenant went away after SKE48 has come?

I then walked to Yabacho, where the first shop of Yabaton is located. This Misokatsu chain now has branches all over Japan. Actually I was just damn tired after walking so much in one day, and still haven't had enough rest after all the flights around the world. Yet I had some chat with a cook. "You come from Hong Kong? How did you find out our shop?" He asked. Should I say because Yamachan mentioned you in the last section of the last episode of SKE IxI?

Walked to Sunshine Sakae. There was a RS stage going on and it is broadcasted in the lobby. I didn't capture the screen in case the guard will bust be away. I visited SKE Shop and bought some photos.
Image
The shop is simple and small, with a screen, a wall of autographs, some catalogs and very few other stuff. You can feel the stuff are there because nobody buys them.

I tested my luck on the kind of machine you insert 300 Yen and draw a A5 platic card. The first I got is Yuria. I was damn lucky! I thought. So I drew for a second time. I got Kanakana. Okay, it was not that bad I thought. The thrid time, I got the one with the member who had spine problem recently. I don't even remember her name. I should just stop as my luck was running out quick.

They run out of official penlights. What should I do in the TDC concert, if they sold out penlights there too? "Go to 100 Yen shop and buy 3 in a pack." The shopkeeper offered.

Oasis21 (Shawako mentioned while on sky wheel in Shukan AKB) and Nagoy TV Tower (Kono Hen Traveller)

I had a sudden change of plan to go to Tokyo early in the next morning. As a result I missed my chance to visit: Inside of SKE theatre, Kissa Mountain featured in the making of Nagoya Gekikara Club in Shukan AKB, another shopping street featured many times in SKE Gakuen, Nagoya Castle, Nagoya TV Tower (Kono Hen Traveller), the place where Rena showed her kendo (Kono Hen Traveller), the place where mousou deka is filmed (interior only)... etc.

Some further places I would also like to go and not planned in the original trip is:
The golf park where Kosugi's heart from Black Mayo was captured by Yuria's kissing scene
Meiji Mura (Buttsuke and Mousou Deka)
The place where they they dressed in old times' costume in one of the SKE48 Gakuen. Forgot the name though.

I will be quite busy in Tokyo. If I have spare time, the first thing to do is visit SKE shop in Shibuya. Then I would go to the place Shawako went in the recent Shukan AKB. If time allows me, which is probably not going to happen, I would go to the Akihabara.

Had some business stuff in Tokyo in the morning.
In the evening, went to SKE Shop in Shibuya, Tokyo Dome City and AKB Shop & Theatre in Akihabara.

AKB is everywhere now.

Looks like a team A stage was on. I watched a little bit of the talking section on the screen in the theatre lobby, but went away quickly cause I need to catch a train to Karuizawa in Nagano.

SKE48 S2nd Revival Concert
I hate when all the tickets and stuff bore the name of AKB48. Come on, SKE is 48 times better than AKB.

I've chose a hotel which is close to the Tokyo Station as I arrived by Shinkansen, and can connect to Tokyo Dome City by metro without any change.

The only SKE48 goods sold.

I was the first Super Distance Lottery winner who went to the counter. I saw they had only 7 seats for Super Distance Lottery... in about 3000 total seats. 3rd row actually the first row, as the seats in front of it were removed for cameras. Then you see I am super lucky winning the official lottery. Normal people bid for the 5th row using like 22,000 Yen.

My seat. Find me in DVD.

This S2nd concert was just awesome. It was so different watching live than watching DVD/TV, let alone the low quality DMM stages. The 2-way communication and eye contacts (thanks to the 1st row seat) made the largest difference. The way you can look wherever you like and the live atmosphere of course also contibuted a lot.

Jurina and Rena weren't bad of course but didn't surprise me. Instead, I saw the reason why Suda Akari, Kinoshita Yukiko and Kizaki Yuria were promoted to standard members. Suda Akari was just impressively good. Although I have been a Yuria supporter but after watching live I really think she is 10x cuter than seen on TV. Ono Haruka was also one of the members I thought who was great when watched in live.

Had a lot of eye contacts with Akari, Katsuo, Yukko, Shiitan, Haachan, Kanako and Rena. I wish I could have eye contact with Yuria and Masana.

Rena threw one of this in front of me but it slipped through my hand.
Image

Best song was Wimbledon he tsureteitte by Yuria (pink), Akari (yellow) and Kumi (blue). After watching so many versions after Tsukina and Sayu have graduated, the one I saw last night was the best. Comparable to the original one. Cutest costume would be the white dress for the song Daisuki.

If you ask me to reselect my Oshimen again after this concert... it will be Masana > Yuria > Akari. Rena the 4th maybe. But as I am a DD, it may just change next week or so.

I wish I could go to the S3rd live on the next day (I have a live broadcast ticket instead), and other concerts again.

Dope seat for dirt cheap! They totally need more SKE goods.

Is the Metro generally cheaper? I never paid attention to the prices of the Metro, I always try to go by JR for some reason.
