Hey there. Usually translation notes are added to our wiki page of the show. In medical terms, delusions. When used outside of medical literature, it can also means reveries or fanciful imaginings, etc. Although we could have added notes into the .ass files, we won't be doing that until we have became more solid and have established a style manual for formatting. The meaning of "mousou" will become clearer I think when she actually starts using her "mousou power" in the following episodes. As of now, no one in the hotel (except the policeman maybe) understands the exact meaning of "mousou" as Detective Jurina is using it.
